Returns that fit all the requirements listed in our return policy qualify for a refund equal to the full paid value of the items that are returned. Refunds will be processed back onto the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days from when the return is delivered for your return to be processed and a refund issued.

If you paid with a credit card, this will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you paid with a Gift Card, we'll email you an electronic Fame Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card the merchandise amount charged to the Gift Card may be refunded via an electronic Fame Gift Card

If the return does not fit the return requirements, Fame on Central reserves the right to process the return as deemed fair by the vendor (website credit, for instance). Please note that website credits are only valid online and cannot be used at any of our physical store locations. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
