What do I do if I have points, but can't log in?Updated 2 years ago

If you have previously made a purchase, please check the inbox of the email address that you used at checkout and search for an email titled, "Loyalty Points & Birthday Account Activation". In this email, click on the button that says, "Activate Account". This link will take you to a form that will prompt you to enter in a new password twice (first to set it, then a second time to confirm it). After clicking submit, you should now have access to your account and be able to log in using the new password you set.

If you have made a purchase and cannot locate this email, or the link has expired, please reach out to customer support for assistance by requesting that they send you another "Account Activation" email.
