We will gladly accept your item(s) for a refund provided a return request is submitted via our return portal within 3 business days of it being delivered to you. After 3 days, any return requests through our return portal will receive a store credit up until 14 days after the delivery date. If you are returning your items to our Cedarhurst location without using the returns portal, it must be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund.
