How can I participate?

Participating is easy! All you have to do is click on the JOIN NOW button if you're new or LOGIN if you already have an account.

Where can I see my points?

When logged into your account, go to the Member Rewards page and scroll down. You can also navigate to this page by clicking, "Loyalty Rewards" found in the subheading of the Account pages.

Do my points expire?

No, your points will always be valid.

What happens to my points if I return and item?

If you initially purchased an item and then returned it, you will lose the points you received.

Does it cost anything to start earning points?

No, not at all! Signing up is free, and earning points is always free.

Why don't my points add up to my history?

We formally launched the VIP Loyalty Rewards Club on December 22nd, 2022. All points and actions begin from the point we introduced the program online. Any previous actions or orders prior to December 22nd, 2022 will not count toward your loyalty tie

Do I need to register for individual promotions?

You don't need to register for individual promotions to be eligible. Once you create an account, you're good to go. Just follow the promotion's requirements, and we'll add the points to your account immediately!

How long does it take for points to be posted?

You should receive points in your account immediately after completing a promotion!

What do I do if I have points, but can't log in?

If you have previously made a purchase, please check the inbox of the email address that you used at checkout and search for an email titled, "Loyalty Points & Birthday Account Activation". In this email, click on the button that says, "Activate Acco

How do I contact support if I have questions about my points?

What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?

You may occasionally receive emails from us about our programs. If you don't want to receive further promotional emails, please click the "Unsubscribe" link in the bottom of your email.
